• Assist answering phones after 2nd ring if Communications Director is tied up
• Customer Service for Commercial & Personal Lines Department
*Includes: updating, adding/deleting vehicles/drivers, changing lien
holders/mortgagee/address’s.
* Sending out COI’s, LPR’s, ID Cards, etc.
* Responding to company requests re: insured. i.e. underwriter needs to verify drivers
license #, ect.
• Creating folders & labels for an insured
* requested by supervisor or a file you come across that needs to be changed
• Complete ACCORD applications
* Per supervisor’s instructions
* For supervisor’s review then to send to company & follow up on receipt
• Renewals
* print & review expiration list to make sure all policies renewed in a timely manner for
commercial & embassy
* Add/delete any coverages and cross sell on other lines of insurance
• Embassy Accounts
* Keep track of all embassy accounts and make sure they are kept-up-to-date. Make a
schedule of insurance for each embassy listing all polices & coverages in AMS transactions
section
• Claims
* Handle all claims for personal, commercial, and embassy departments
* Includes following up with client and insurance company to make sure all documentation is
received and follow up with adjuster on an every other day basis until claim is closed
* Calling insured after claim is closed to make sure they were satisfied & making sure AMS is
update
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must have previous expierence in the Insurance industry.
